"I have been using this phone/system for 3 months and have loved it! It was extremely easy to set up -plugged it in, signed up online with Vonage and was using the phone in a couple of minutes.

Great product!!
I could not be happier with this purchase. Installation was simple and took about 5 minutes. Setting up the account with Vonage was just as easy and their customer service was extremely helpful. The phones work great. Sound quality and reception are indistinguishable from a landline. I would suggest that if youre looking at Vonage you get their phones rather than just purchasing the router. Although you can use any phone you like youre not going to find a better value for a 3-handset syste...

"This is the only phone I found that will notify of a voicemail on Vonage. I don't check my e-mail everytime I come home or if I step away. This phone will blink when you have a voicemail. It is great for that reason. I bought it with a rebate. I wouldn't pay $179.99 for it. It is frustrating because there is no end button when you misdial. It is worth it for the voicemail notification."

What's not so great: You get what you pay for
"This is probably the worst phone I have ever had. My internet provider has been working perfectly but calls keep getting disconnected , the phone really only has a clear 5 meter range, and you will spend hours on the phone with the horrid customer service. Unless you like being frustrated I would highly discourage purchasing this phone."
