I could not be happier with this purchase. Installation was simple and took about 5 minutes. Setting up the account with Vonage was just as easy and their customer service was extremely helpful. The phones work great. Sound quality and reception are indistinguishable from a landline. I would suggest that if youre looking at Vonage you get their phones rather than just purchasing the router. "This is the only phone I found that will notify of a voicemail on Vonage. I don't check my e-mail everytime I come home or if I step away. This phone will blink when you have a voicemail.
