Beware...UNSAFE product design
I owned this line of saucepans for a year with no complaints. Basically, it has all of the benefits that stainless steel pans should have. However, I had a mishap recently - and as a result, I will never purchase this cookware (or probably anything else made by Cusinart) ever again. Most of us out there have forgot to put water in their steamer - or left the kettle on to long, or boiled water away. Usually, at worse, this results in a discolored or misshapen pan. Very Disappointing
We received a set of three of these as a wedding gift, which we registered for after reading overall positive reviews here, and we're thoroughly disappointed. These pans don't heat evenly, they're almost impossible to clean (any kind of stain or burn will simply stick and never come off), both pot handle and lid handle get way too hot to touch on any flame over about medium.
Don't like 'em, wouldn't buy 'em again.

Well-constructed, convenient, easy-cleaning pan.
I use this pan mainly for chai and I've found it to be just right for this. To make it you need to boil water and milk together. A common problem in this is that some milk tends to stick on at the bottom of pan if it's too thin--especially with stainless. This pan however has a 3-ply reinforced bottom that's actually quite substantial (more than other pans I have with this feature), which ensures even heating and minimized this sticking effect, making cleanup easy. 4-quart saucepan
I have used this saucepan just a few times. The construction is great but not too heavy. Cleanup is easy and it looks like new after washing.
I highly recommend this. The price is great as well as the quality.
