Pros: Corsair quality.
Cons: This memory will not fit on an ASUS Maximus Formula with a QX9650 retail fan. Make sure it will fit with your motherboard and heatsink/fan. Unless you are sure it will, go with the XMS without the heatsink fins. It is the same memory.
