Pros: My BIOS defaulted to 533 and 5-5-5-18, but it was a quick and easy manual fix to make it run as advertised. If you want an overclocking champ, shell out the extra dough and get one of the low latency versions. If you want an absolutely rock-stable system, get this and run it at its intended settings.
Cons: None that I have found.

Other Thoughts: In M2N-SLI Deluxe, this had to be manually set to 1.9v 5-5-5-12 AND 2T. 1T renders the system unable to boot. Non hard set 5-5-5-12 (auto) comes up with 5-5-5-18 and system boots but is unstable. At anything other than 1.9v the system is also unstable. Now, having all this set correctly...

Potential Problem with D975XBX

Other Thoughts: I paired this memory with my Intel D975XBX mother board, as recommended by Corsair. Problem with setting memory timings in BIOS 1009 resolved by rolling back to BIOS 908.

Look at all the negative reviews at newegg on this ram and choose wisely
I bought this RAM and mine is working fine. I ran 8 and a half hours of memory tests with no errors because I was shocked at all the negative reviews from newegg. I really think I found the culprit of all those negatives though. When mine were shipped to me they came in a box with packing peanuts. Those things had MAJOR static. I am pretty sure a lot of people were getting so much static from those peanuts and then opening the ram that is in a plastic shielding. I made sure I had no static...

Pros: I bought this memory for my new ASUS M2N-SLI Deluxe Socket AM2 NVIDIA nForce 570 SLI Motherboard. I was worried that It was not listed as the qualified memory, But it works great. The motherboard showed the correct speed and timing for this memory on my first boot!
