This product needs the driver updates (see Brad's review for web address). The loop antenna can be hooked on a eyelet hook on the wall. Easy. But, streaming audio all day and coming home to a non-responding driver,is fixed by rebooting the computer (Oouch!) But when streaming the Motorola DC800 the sound quality is great and un-interrupted.

Pros: External antenna, I like how the antenna folds into the adapter for storage.

Cons: I get that it's blue for bluetooth, but I really wish I could have gotten it in black.

This does not work with Motorola Phone Tools, and even worse, cannot recognize Motorola Bluetooth headsets. It ships with software version 3.0-something, and the current software version is 5.0.5, it lacks any support or customer service teams to issue support. You'd be better off using a computer from the 1960's than this pretty--but utterly useless--device.

Installed fine on XPSP2 but the management application is a bit clunky however the problem was my that phone BT profiles are not functioning correctly so I have no need of the card.
