Junk Software
Software could not find the appropriate driver and failed to include the correct driver as part of the package. Software would NOT LOAD after repeated attempts. DO NOT purchase.

Does not load
I have tried to use this software on my VISTA system for Samsung SYNC SGH-A707 system and the driver does not load on my computer for the cable. I can use the real Samsung cable for VISTA along with the latest version of Samsung Sync software (software available for free from the Samsung website) to use VISTA with the phone with more capabilities then are actually listed for the phone from the Mobile Action website.
If I could rate this a ZERO I would.

This is what I was looking for!
This product has just what I need to create ringtones! I can also store most of the information from my phone on computer via bluetooth.

Works - But Barely
I should have guessed by the price what I was in for. Setup appeared to go quickly but there was a lot of back and forth with the phone, the bluetooth program and the application before it finally worked. Instructions are meager and not very helpful.

Worked fine for phone numbers and audio file download.
Used to download phone numbers to a VX8700. Blue tooth option worked fine. Also downloaded audio files for ring tones. I had to send the audio files to the same phone before setting as a ring tone but this wasn't the software's fault. The phone simply doesn't have the option to set an audio file as a ring tone directly. Haven't used the software for anything else yet.
