Cons: Software doesn't install. MAC address comes up as pirated. Don't buy this product unless you're in the market for a $15 keyfob.

Pros: None
Cons: This product has an invalid MAC address (which is unchangable), rendering it completely useless with Soleil 1.6 as it is detected as a pirate address. The manufacturer seems to be ignoring this issue, as is reported by myself and many others in other reviews such as this one.

Pros: Not deadly poisonous.
Cons: I got invalid MAC address (111111111111) and found it impossible to get a hold of tech support. It caused explorer to crash all the time. - wouldn't finish installing the modem aspect. Useless for networking. stopped working all the time on headset service.

Bluetooth Dongle works!
This USB Bluetooth dongle was great! It only took two minutes to install, and I was copying music and pictures from my Bluetooth phone to my computer! I would recomend this product to anyone needing a cheep Bluetooth set up for their computer!

No Vista driver on install disk
When I inserted the install disk, it tried to install the bluetooth drivers, but under Vista, the install failed. I then inserted the adapter and let Vista try to install drivers, which also failed. After checking in the install disk help file, I found the web site for the company that makes the driver ([...]). I downloaded and the latest driver, however, it was only an evaluation copy for 15 days and requires purchase to be permanent.

It's Poor...
This thing sucks. The included software doesn't work - you have to contact the softwares website to update. even with the update the bluetooth dongle doesn't work with my laptop/phone combination. I count it as money lost and a lesson learned: sometimes it's worth paying MORE money for a name brand product that'll work right out the box.
You are warned.

Unsigned Driver, no customer support
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?) I don't know if this is the case for everyone, but the drivers that came with my unit for Vista were unsigned (on the CD), the drivers I downloaded from their website didn't install (error in installation), and they haven't gotten back to me customer service request (submitted 4 days ago). I'd have to recommend against purchases of this item.
