Razor works for a while and than try to get help!
My son got this in October. It worked great for a while. Than the unit stopped fully recharging and goes slow. I called the company who gave me the name of a center to service it. This was afer 1 day of owning it. I called the center who does not return calls. I had to call razor who said they can send me a battery but i would have to pay for the install. I did it and the next battery did the same thing. They sent me two more batteries and I tried one which just died after 3 min. I have anothr b...

Missing parts, broken parts
What a disaster! Came without the front axle and several other parts. Box was a mess, parts were broken. Another reviewer said the same thing, but I thought amazon would have fixed the problem by now. BUYER BEWARE!!! Disappointed son on his birthday. Amazon did give a prompt refund and sent UPS to pick up.

Missing Parts- TWICE!
First time I received the Razor the box was badly torn and the front axle parts were missing. They probably fell through the numerous holes in the box. Returned to Amazon and asked for replacement. The second Razor arrived in an even worse box and also had parts missing. It looked like the second box had probably been returned by someone else and Amazon is just reshipping these things to the next person who orders. Beware ordering this from Amazon because it seems as though your are just go...

This is a Very durable and fun toy!!!
Durability: Fun: Educational: This toy is very durable and well manufactured...it is loads of fun...i jus got it with my own money and took it out today for the first time...excellent...and the battery life is great if u charge it for the 12 hours as it says in large print... i rate this toy a 10+...very fast and great offroad...HIGHLY RECCOMENDED!!!!!!

It's the Bomb!!
We purchased this electric dirt bike for our son's 13th birthday and it has been a big hit! The bike weighs about 105 lbs. so the most difficult part was getting it out of the box for me to do the minor assembly. Parents don't have to worry that their kids won't get exercise because they have ditched their bicycles because it only runs 45-60 minutes on a charge and takes at least 4 hours to recharge. This doesn't bother my son or his friends as the 45 minutes seems to be enough time to have fu...

Durability: Fun: Educational: I bought this for my son's 8th birthday. We put it together, charged it and off he went. The front tire tube exploded! Well I searched all over the internet for this very bizare sized tire. No one sells them. I called the Razor and they were happy to send me a new one, but it came with tire, spokes, tube, the whole tire assembly.
