Tech Level: high Ownership: 1 month to 1 year This user purchased this item from Newegg Pros: Awesome power, stable, very quiet, has SLI connectors for 2 gtx280's, single 62 amp rail. PRICE!!!! Dirt cheap for the quality! My system (see other thoughts) chewed through an OCZ 700 Watt supply in 3 months and this PSU runs it rock stable with no problems.
Cons: I didnt get it sooner!

Powering my Amp, not my computer
Tech Level: somewhat high Ownership: 1 month to 1 year This user purchased this item from Newegg Pros: Corsair might void my warranty for revealing this but I bought it to power my subwoofer amp instead of my computer and it works great! I did a lot of research before buying it. the selling points for me were: 1. one single 12v rail mean that all 60 amps make it to my amplifier. 12volts x 60amps means it could power up to a 720 watt amp!!<...

Excellent supply
Tech Level: high Ownership: 1 week to 1 month This user purchased this item from Newegg Pros: Very well made. For many overclockers, having one +12v rail with a massive 60 amp capacity will provide absolute bedrock stability, which really helps keep a system running when you push it. It's not so much that your CPU or RAM is going to consume 60 amperes; but the pulses they generate as they switch will make HUGE picosecond demand on the abillity ...

The Right PSU
Tech Level: somewhat high Ownership: 1 day to 1 week Pros: Everything, I know you read tons of reviews before making a smart choice, but let me tell you, this is the one. It has a single 12v rail which will support your builds for years to come and has the comfort of a 5 year warrenty. It is ultra quite and runs cool since it has plenty of power. The long cables are good for a gamer who has a full tower case, but if you don't, then you'll have some ext...

A velvet bag? talk about self absorbed
Tech Level: high Ownership: 1 month to 1 year This user purchased this item from Newegg Pros: Awsome paint/case. High quality cables that are covered in mesh sleves. Solid connectors with push button release. Oh, and of course a single SIXTY amp 12+ rail... so awsome not to load balance manually.
Cons: wish it was moduar, but the price is to awsome to care.
Other Thoughts: like the title says corsair ...

Great mid-level power supply
I've only had this a few weeks, but this is an excellent mid-level power supply that should suit the needs of most desktop users (except hardcore gamers). Extremely quiet and stable. Pretty simple upgrade to do on the standard power supply that came with my OEM desktop. This unit is standard ATX size and should fit inside any mid-tower case. It has plenty of connections (carefully tie up the unused connections to keep the inside of your case neat). I'm using it to power a Q6600 desktop (non...

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS!!
Tech Level: high Ownership: 1 day to 1 week This user purchased this item from Newegg Pros: Didn't burn down the house.
Cons: Destroyed my new computer after plugging it in. I built a new computer using this PSU only to plug it in for the first time and have it catch fire. It managed to ruin almost every brand new part I bought!
Other Thoughts: Corsair is slow to respond to my RMA request and told me ...

Amazing Bag
Tech Level: average Ownership: 1 week to 1 month This user purchased this item from Newegg Pros: -Not too big -Not too small -Soft Texture -Draw String -Strong Stitching -Holds all my Dungeons and Dragons dice AND my Vampire: The Masqurade dice
Cons: -Price (Not in everyone's budget, but THE BAG IS GOOD) -I was afraid the metal box inside might damage the bag in shipping, mine didn't, but your mil...

Good, but annoying
Tech Level: high Ownership: 1 day to 1 week This user purchased this item from Newegg Pros: Its quiet and powerfull, and will power all but the craziest systems.
Cons: Its not modular, and the cables they do provide are overkill. NO ONE is going to need the number of connectors this unit has. There are so many connectors it is difficult to manage the cables.

Good until you really test it
Tech Level: high Ownership: less than 1 day Pros: I really wanted to like this power supply. The PSU powered my SLI system well from start up. I decided to take the PSU to my work where I have access to a power supply testing device. This machine can simulate loads and different conditions in a scientific way.
Cons: When attached to the machine I found that under extreme conditions (90V input voltage) the efficiency is under 80...
