Once you get everything installed AND running properly, the kids have great fun for hours.
There is a forum with complaint after complaint on the same issues. Installation is not easy and you will most likely have to consult the internet and or service phone numbers to get it to run properly or at all.

This toy doesn't work

I have a new SONY vaio computer with MORE than enough memory, ram, video card specs, etc to run this toy. Unfortunately, it just doesn't work. I installed it, the kids played with it once, and now I turn it on and it does NOTHING. The kids are chomping at the bait...running around all excited to play and I'm stuck here for 2 hours trying to get the thing to turn on. DEFINITELY not fun!!!

Good toy for many ages!

I've bought two of these. One for my kids and one for my nephew. It's easy enough for a 4-5 year old but my 9 year old still love to play with it. I like that, once it's turned on, the kids are locked into it. They can't stray away into other computer programs.

Nothing but trouble

This concept is so cute but we've been through two of these already and frankly I'm done. The first one that my daughter received worked for about two weeks. The second one worked for a day. Fisher Price's customer service is non existant. I'm really disappointed in this toy and the customer service. It's hard to explain to a child why you are sending her toy away again. Don't waste your money.
