A simply great affordable paring knife
Update: This knife is light, sharp, easy to maneuver, and pretty. This has become my go-to knife since writing this review. It's my new best friend in the kitchen. I use it so often it rarely gets back to the drawer before I need it again... and it's still cute.

An improvement on a perfect tool...
I have two of these little knives, and I could not be more pleased with them. I used to say that a good knife is the most perfectly developed manmade object known, but these knives show that there is still room for improvement.
The colors are bright and sassy. The nonstick coating makes it easy to wipe the knives clean with a cloth so you don't have to soak them, which is very useful for a knife you carry around to eat with where you might not have washup facilities. The coating is...

Fantastic
Kuhn Rikon Paring Knife Nonstick Yellow
Excellent knife. Lightweight and sharp. Sounds crazy but I keep it in my diaper bag to cut fruit etc. I love it because it is light and bright (easy to find) and it has a protective cover so I cannot get cut. Handles frequent use and washing well.

Very Nice Paring Knife - Recommended!
The Kuhn Rikon Nonstick Paring Knife is a very good value for a quality knife. We own several of these knives in different colors for use at home and in our shop. The different colors allow us keep the ones we use to cut materials in our workshop from accidently being used for food products.
The blade is *VERY* sharp and holds it's edge very nicely. The nonstick coating on the blade is a real plus as it helps to keep the knife clean as well as to keep it moving through thicker items. ...

This Knife is the Prettiest Thing I Have Ever Seen
This paring knife is the prettiest thing I have ever seen. Available in 6 attractive colors. The knife's non-stick surface coating is a clever idea. Why they have not think of it before? It helps to make the blade to glide with less effort. Perfect size for peeling fruits.
It comes with its own sheath that is very useful when you bring the knife with you. Kuhn Rikon is a Switzerland brand, the knife is made in China. Still, this is my favorite knife that I bring with me at work.
